We must not let time tick away and go to waste.

I inhaled deep breaths matching the beat of Mika's By the Time and before I knew it, 179 took a death-defying turn into NTU. Didn't I experience this on countless occasions? This swerving and thrashing like waves of fury seeking vengeance swallowing hungry fishermen on boats up whole.

The bus screeched to a halt along Lien Ying Chow Drive and my 3 o'clock was exactly where I spent my 3years in Hall. Nostalgia swept over me over and over, and my heart - a weathered rock.

As I continued down the meandering road into NTU, the more my bones felt like ancient fossils, creaking with every jerk. I lay still like a statue.

This definitely needs a hell lot of getting used to but I'm pretty sure by week 3, this rock will turn into dust and debris and I will complete the final semester with a clean slate.
